Really impressed with APAX LAB mineral concentrates. It’s easy to use and makes a noticeable difference to the flavour of my coffee. I love being able to tweak the water to bring out different characteristics in the same beans. Definitely worth it if you’re into specialty coffee.

I’ve been a pourover home barista for a few years now, and while I know how important water is for coffee, I always wondered just how much of a difference designing your own water could actually make. As soon as I got my APAX, I brewed a cup using my standard recipe. The initial brew was a bit on the acidic side, so I tried adding just 3 drops of JAMM. The result was amazing. Exactly as promised, the coffee turned noticeably sweeter and the texture changed. I'm really excited to keep experimenting with it

Apax Lab products have been a game changer for my drip coffee at home. I’ve experimented with Brita filters, bottled spring water and distilled water with Third Wave Water added and nothing comes close to Apax drops. So far I’ve used Lylac and Tonik and they’re both incredible at elevating sweetness, clarity and texture. It’s nice to not have to worry about water quality as a variable in my brewing. I can’t recommend enough!

We tasted our coffees with Apax Tanat and the flavor improve so much. Was more floral and lighter. We used it with a Panama Geisha washed from Tierra Blanca.

Just a drop or two of Konflux in a double shot espresso makes all the difference - great mouthfeel and aftertaste flavour.
