We ship using Australia Post (Australian & International orders) and via FEDEX and DHL for international orders that require a faster delivery. When checking out, you'll be able to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide (excluding Africa) via Australia Post, FEDEX or DHL International. Please be aware that shipping times can vary significantly based on your location and the customs process in your country.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional clearance or handling fees may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

APAX LAB is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance processes. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order to understand any potential charges or import restrictions.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges or import taxes, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as an invoice, that includes a tracking number and a link so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
