Great kit to start playing with water. Makes the process so much easier to follow and repeat, with great in cup results. Would recommend to anyone that is looking to level up their brewing at home or on bar.

It's so basic and I knew people had water recipes but always seemed too much effort and always felt a bit bougie and pretentious. This on the other hand makes (although probably still a little bougie) it very easy and accessible.

Makes a noticeable difference. I sometimes grind a little coarse and Im particularly loving JAMM saving me from my caffeinated lemon juice.
