Created exclusively with MOK Coffee in Brussels, this APAX LAB custom mineral profile is designed to support and elevate light-roasted coffees. Developed to brighten the cup, enhance texture, and improve overall balance, this concentrate helps bring more definition, structure, and clarity to delicate coffees without overpowering their natural expression.

MOK x APAX LAB is crafted for coffees that need lift, precision, and harmony — creating a cup that feels vibrant, balanced, and complete.

  • Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
  • Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee (in a 200mL standard cup).
  • We recommend using demineralised water for optimal control of the remineralisation process.

Our mineral concentrates are made of demineralised water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

Ingredients: Water, magnesium chloride, magnesium citrate, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, silica.
