720 Geisha created a massive earthquake when it was first introduced to the World in 2019. It was fermented for 720 hours with added yeasts and went through a thermo-shock process to open and close the pores of the coffee seed, and then finished as a washed. Its flavour profile is like no other - it’s characterised by its very vibrant acidity, intense sweetness and bursting floral notes, reminiscent of hibiscus tea, fresh raspberries and Turkish delight.
This lot is a late 2023 harvest, a similar expression to the one Carlos Escobar used to win the Australian Brewers cup in 2021 and place 4th in the World.
We recommend brewing this coffee using 0.5 / 2.5 / 1 g/L of TONIK / JAMM / LYLAC to balance the acidity and double down on the sweetness and the floral notes of the coffee.
