At first I was sceptical because I did not notice any change but then it happened.Although I disagree with the use of the different tones ( I think Jam also increases acidity and Lilac body) it is a great way to prepare your easy water. I wish it would be cheaper in the future.

Heard about this product from the It’s Just Coffee podcast. Jamm does an outstanding job highlighting flavor notes and enhancing body. For the coffee enthusiast, this is a must-try product.

Very happy with these minerals, they helped me a lot in boosting my coffee. Without a doubt, they are of high quality and very versatile.

The blends Tonik [1] improves vibrancy while Jamm [2] elevates sweetness and body, meanwhile Lylac [3] can really highlight the floral aspects of a cup.

In many ways these 3 profiles are like the mixer on your equaliser. Bass, mids and highs. Every coffee is a song and these minerals can help guide the user through a whole different experience depending on how they decide to mix and match the mineral composition.

So I’ve been enjoying these for a while now. I follow the recipes and I like that they give recommendations per liter and how many grams of drops to add. I haven’t added them after words only pre mixing. I find they bring out the aromas more than lotus and tww and makes some coffees pop. Make sure you have a good scale that can give you an accurate reading as you follow the recipes because 1g is 15 drops but if your scale is not accurate you might drop more than 15drops. Overall a very good product and one I will come back to for sure,

Before knowing more deeply about water to brew coffee, i used to test the minerals individually and didn't get the results i was looking for. I’ve been skeptical about how much more clarity I can get out of pre made minerals as I have dabbled experimenting for a few years. Although I have to admit i’ve been blown away with the change in sweetness, clarity and overall texture. I brought them to a recent overseas trip in Egypt & they really blew my expectations out of the water “pun intended” absolute bang for buck as you have the opportunity to improve each cup considerably for a few months at a time with a single box. Bought another box for my friend Bruce the other week & he has been raving about it.
