Developed to match for their coffees to perfection, this mineral concentrate is crafted to reveal brilliance, lift sweetness, and enhance coating texture, allowing each coffee to express its full aromatic spectrum.
Designed as a “seasoning for coffee,” this profile gives you the ability to tune your brew with accuracy, whether used directly in the cup or as part of a customised brewing water.

How to Use
Add 3 to 6 drops into 200 mL of demineralised water or directly into your brewed coffee.
Not intended for direct consumption. Do not use inside espresso machines.
- Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
- Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee (in a 200mL standard cup).
- We recommend using demineralised water for optimal control of the remineralisation process.
Our mineral concentrates are made of demineralised water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.
Ingredients: Water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium citrate, silica, sodium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate.
