Why did you choose APAX LAB to make your water for the competition?
In order to achieve an enhanced texture and a richer, more pronounced flavour in my coffee, I chose to use APAX LAB. This decision also allowed me to conveniently and effortlessly implement adjustments when necessary.
In what ways did the mineral concentrates help you win the competition?
The mineral concentrates were incredibly user-friendly, offering a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, while also proving to be remarkably effective in enhancing the overall coffee experience.

What was your winning water recipe? And what coffee did you use it with?
To prepare my winning water recipe, I precisely combined 2 drops of JAMM [2] and 3 drops of LYLAC [3] into a combination of 400 mL of demineralised water and 200 mL of mineral water. This particular blend was expertly paired with a washed Ethiopian coffee.
