Developed during months of preparation and refinement, this recipe became the foundation of Némo’s winning approach: a cup that feels round, balanced and expressive from the first sip to the finish.

Produced in collaboration with the World AeroPress Championship, this release celebrates the craft, creativity and community that make AeroPress one of the most exciting brewing formats in specialty coffee.

This is a very limited edition profile produced to celebrate Némo Pop’s World AeroPress Championship victory.

Each bottle contains the exact mineral formulation used in his winning recipe.

  • Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
  • Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee (in a 200mL standard cup).
  • We recommend using demineralised water for optimal control of the remineralisation process.

Our mineral concentrates are made of demineralised water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

Ingredients: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, silica, sodium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate.
