It’s been almost 2 months since I picked up this kit from the Thailand Coffee Festival. With each brew, my experience has been nothing short of stellar and I’ve become a lot more confident in the ratios.

I’ve tried different combinations of Tonic and Jam. My fav. is 2:1:0.5 mL in 1l of water. I can surely say that this combo has given me super consistently better flavour while brewing a variety of coffee(s) from around the world.
